Development and competitiveness
MTorres considers training to be any activity aimed at consistently improving the company’s competitiveness via the planned development and improvement of the professional skills of our human resources. We understand that such development must be driven by a combined effort from both the company and the employee.
We plan training programs based on the requirements that we identify on a regular basis and assess the success of training investments both for the company (how training helps to improve how we work) and the employee (how it helps to improve their qualifications – either technical or managerial -, motivation and integration within the organization) according to ISO standards.
We also have a Training Fund available to help finance individual vocational training initiatives that cannot be included in the company’s own programs.
